I don’t normally complete reviews but Travis was so good I felt as though I needed to. I initially met Travis in early April while searching for a reasonably priced condo in Pinellas County. Travis found me an excellent deal on a nice 2 Bedroom in Pinellas Park. Travis worked tirelessly to lock in my deal and made sure I was completely covered throughout the entire process. About 2 months after my purchase I found myself in a position that I needed to sell immediately. I called Travis and he was able to list, contract, and sell my unit within about a month and a half. Travis did an extrodinary job as my realtor. I worked with Travis for approximately two years before I found the perfect property. Once we found my dream home, Travis had me under contract in less than a day. During my purchase, the sellers decided to declare Bankruptcy. The seller's attorney  screwed up the paperwork. By the time the paper work was fixed, their Bank started a foreclosure. Things were chaotic and a bit nerve racking, but Travis was diligent and stayed on top of the sellers, the lender, the title company, and both attorneys involved. In the end, I got an excellent deal on my dream home. I paid 135k for a property that is now worth about 180k+. Thanks again, Travis. I could not have had a better buying experience.

Travis is the MAN! I came to meet Travis in Late 2017. I was in the process of 4 different down-payment assistance programs and knew from the beginning that this would make my search a bit more challenging. Travis was my seller agent. During the entire process, he demonstrated in-depth knowledge about local housing market. He answered a lot of questions I had, such as why this house sit on the market with good price wasn't selling, how to drive the traffic to my property, what improvements were must  vs nice to have, etc.. Mine was a short sale. Short sales are not easy, but Travis was always there, calling even to let me know there was no updates from the bank or the closing agent. His expertise was impressive and he was masterful when it came to the process and how the system works. Best of all, I always felt  important to him as a client. Never did he allow me to think for one moment that he did not understand how very important it was to me that this transaction come to closing. Travis is the BEST. He worked tirelessly and patiently with me with for over a YEAR to find just the right house I wanted to buy. Never, ever any pressure--in fact, quite the opposite. He wanted me to completely happy and he never gave up the search! He did not want to me settle on a house I wasn't  in love with. I was the first buyer to see the house I bought b/c Travis got right on it when he saw the listing and he called me immediately. The house was going to sell that day, and if I wasn't the first one there, I would have not got the house. Best experience buying a home yet. Travis was truly interested in what I wanted and was more than willing to show me condo after condo no matter how long it took. Answered all calls and e-mails immediately, worked tirelessly when we put one under contract and dealt with all the tiny details  beforehand with the selling broker and title company.
